FLORIDA PRO RACE 6 PROGRAM

The Florida 6 Pro race program is a cooperative effort between the Florida dirt tracks to help promote consistency in karting throughout the state.  The class structure and payouts are designed  to give maximum payback to the karter.  At this time the program will be raced at the following tracks: Dirt Devils Speedway and Fruitland Speedway Park.

CLASSES
Class 1 Junior Blue - age 10 to 12  - Flathead and BSP with blue plates at 265 pounds
Class 2 Junior Gold - age 12 to 15 - Flathead Non Restricted,  Animal with gold plate at 320 pounds
Class 3 Builder Prepared - BP engine at 375 pounds or Flathead engine at 360 pounds
Class 4 BSP - Box stock engine at 375 pounds
 
RULES
bulletEach track in the program hosts three Florida 6 Pro races per year. 
Classes are integrated with the existing local program.
 
bulletMust race a local class to enter a Florida 6 Pro race. 
Allows karters to race twice at the same event.
 
bullet Guaranteed purse in Jr. Blue, Jr. Gold and BP classes. 
100% payback - Winner guaranteed at least $50 minimum.

bullet Guaranteed purse in BSP class by Vega Tire.  See payout schedule below.
 
bulletEntry fee only $20. per class
 
bulletLine up for race will be by Pea Pick at registration.  Races are 20 laps.
 
bulletClass 1, 2 and 3 - Volusia: Vega-Maxxis only. 
 DDS & Fruitland: open tire (No Firestones). 
(Bonus to winner of $25 gift card if using 4 Vega tires.)
 
bulletClass 4 - Vega MBS Yellow tires (4.50, 6.00, 8.00)

 

PAYOUT SCHEDULE

Classes 1, 2 and 3.     100% Payback-Guaranteed "More   Entries More Payout"
Winner - Minimum $50 guaranteed by Vega, for less than 5 entries. (minimum 3 entries needed)
100% payout using: Winner 50%, 30%, 20% of $20 entry fee on 5 entries or more.
